The Discoverability of God 7/29/08

This started out as a news posting I made on 11/11/07 (see archive) but I've decided to expand upon it and make it into a full feature article.

The basic premise of my argument is that anything that exists can be discovered. By discovery, I simply mean that knowledge can be formed for that thing. This is to say that nothing can currently exist that cannot come to be known. This is certainly a serious claim.

But, if my claim is true, then God cannot exist, because God cannot be discovered. This is ultimately a logical argument against the existence of God based on the principle of discoverability.
